Our upstream provider payment provider in Australia will be performing scheduled maintenance.
Intermittent disruptions of under 60 seconds may occur during PayId and PayTo payment processing. During the maintenance window, you may encounter errors or timeouts when processing payments. PayId payments may be rejected. Instant payouts will be automatically redirected via Direct Entry.
Our team will closely monitor the situation and work to minimise any disruption during this period.
